On September 9, 2009, my business colleague Becky McCray and I launched a social media-focused online learning community and membership site for tourism professionals.

We offer multi-part lessons in social media and tech for tourism, a newsletter, a member forum, video interviews with experts in the field plus lots more goodies.

It’s called Tourism Currents, and we are super-excited about the training value it brings to destination marketing and economic development.
