By the time you read this, I’ll be in the Kerala region of India for a conference about travel, technology and tourism: ICTT 2013, the International Conference on Travel Technology India.

It’s an incredible chance to talk about my favorite topics, in a country I’ve never visited before.

The last time I was this close to the Indian Ocean, it was on a U.S. Navy ship.

Somehow, I think this will be a little different, don’t you?
