I agree whole-heartedly with what you said in this post.  I always hear from my communities that they just don&#039;t have the funds to do what (fill in the blank with a big city name) does.  If only the train would come back ...  You get the picture.

The really cool thing about social media marketing is that it can be done on a shoestring budget.  All you need is someone with a personality and a little time, and voila!  You&#039;re there!
